Where are GIOIA bags made? 

Each GIOIA bag is handmade in Kansas City. We work with a local apparel production service that pays a livable wage and benefits to their professionals. We produce in small batches.

Why can I not see any products listed on your website?

If you are located outside of the United States, you may not be able to see our products. Because we only support shipping in the United States at this time, the products don't appear internationally. We hope to expand shipping options in the new year, so check back! 

 

SHIPPING

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. We only offer standard shipping. If you need expedited shipping please reach out to us at info@gioiabags.com.

Where do you ship to? Do you ship to the UK?

We currently only support shipping in the US. If you are located outside of the US, you may not be able to see our products listed on the shop page.

How can I track my order?

You can track your order through UPS.

 

RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS POLICIES

What is your return policy?

We accept returns for unused items within 30 days of delivery. Items that are returned in their original condition are refundable less a $5.00 restocking fee. The customer is responsible for the shipping. Please message us at info@gioiabags.com to inquire about returns.

What is your exchange policy?

We do not currently offer an exchange process.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders cannot be changed once placed. If you wish to cancel your order, you can reach out to us at info@gioiabags.com. Orders that are cancelled before shipment are refundable less a $5.00 restocking fee.
