Where are GIOIA bags made?
- Each GIOIA bag is handmade in Kansas City. We work with a local apparel production service that pays a livable wage and benefits to their professionals. We produce in small batches.
Why can I not see any products listed on your website?
- If you are outside of our shipping area you may not be able to see the products listed on our website.
SHIPPING
What are my shipping options?
- We ship using UPS Ground which typically delivers in 3-5 business days from the date of shipment.
- UPS Ground includes $100 insurance for lost or damaged merchandise.
- If you need expedited shipping or would like to purchase additional insurance on your package, please reach out to us at info@gioiabags.com.
How much does shipping cost?
- Shipping is calculated at checkout. It typically runs close to $10, but rates do seem to increase during the holiday season and other heavy shipping periods.
Where do you ship to?
- We currently only support shipping in the US, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We hope to expand shipping options in the future, so check back!
How can I track my order?
- You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND CANCELLED ORDERS
What is your return policy?
- We accept returns of unused items, in their original condition.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
- The amount refunded will be the original purchase price less transaction fees on the order which typically run between 3-4%.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What is your exchange policy?
- We do not currently offer an exchange process.
What is your policy on cancelling orders?
- Orders cannot be changed once placed.
- If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, you can reach out to us at info@gioiabags.com.
- Cancelled orders will be refunded in full less the transaction fees on the order which typically run between 3-4%.
